Over the years we have become skilled at many less-common, but often complex, painting tasks. These include:

Lead-based paint: We are licensed by the State of California (which included taking college level classes) in properly dealing with lead based paints. Lead based paint is common in all but the newer homes. It is a very serious health hazard to your family the wrong contractor will actually make the matter worse. If you have any doubts on this subject, search it on the web. It will scare you beyond belief.

Wood Fences, retaining walls, metal railings, metal gates: These all have their idiosyncrasies if you want quality, lasting work. The type of paint, the time of day they are painted … the list is long.

Concrete Patios and Pool Concrete: You already know these are specialty tasks and have probably live through or heard n horror stories of jobs done the wrong way. A job done wrong can fail within months and require far too much money to first reverse and then do the right way.

Other less common tasks: Jobs that require heat stripping, jungle gyms and swing sets, tree forts, dog houses, doll houses, water tanks, storage building. And any other exterior painting task. If you can think of it, we have done it.
